The entire area covers about 52 ha, including 36.5 hectares of land for which there is a local development plan (MPZP.pdf). For the remaining land, there is urban planning of identical function.
We are looking for investors that are interested in buying areas starting from 5 ha and up. The prices can vary depending on the proximity to the water and the size of the land.
Technical utilities like electricity can be acquired based on application to ENEA and do not pose any problems. For water and drainage, there is a city plan for the water intake and sewage plant to be made by the borough for towns located south of Kamień Pomorski.
Right now, the borough does not undertake this investment. There are options to make own water intake and septic tanks.
MAP OF THE AREA
The site development plan (MPZP) envisions building the beach and a small marina pier. Those investments will be carried by private investors.
